In its final rankings release of 2026, Benchmark Litigation honored Founding Partner Beth Wilkinson for the sixth consecutive year among its Top 10 Women Litigators in America. This elite group is part of the renowned Top 250 Women in Litigation, where Partners Keri Arnold, Moira Penza, and Cali Arat were also “recognized as top players in their respective fields,” marking repeat appearances for each. Partner Roxana Guidero debuted on Benchmark’s 40 & Under list, the premier guide to “the top emerging talent in litigation,” joining Partner Sarah Neuman and Cali.
Beth is widely regarded as one of the country’s leading trial lawyers. From multibillion-dollar merger challenges to bet-the-company product liability cases and sports litigation, clients turn to her when the stakes are highest. In recent years, Beth secured groundbreaking victories for Microsoft and the NFL, as well as a landmark resolution for Hewlett Packard Enterprise allowing it to close its $14 billion acquisition of Juniper Networks. Beth is currently advising leading media companies Paramount Skydance and Nexstar Media Group in their own multibillion-dollar deals, which face federal court challenges from competitors and state attorneys general.
Keri is an accomplished trial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience and more than a dozen complex commercial cases tried to verdict, ranging from product liability and wrongful death to antitrust claims. Her deep industry knowledge and expertise defending Fortune 500 companies are recognized by colleagues and clients alike, solidifying her position among today’s premier litigators. Keri currently serves as lead trial counsel to Meta in upcoming social media personal injury bellwethers, as well as trial counsel to Valve Corporation, facing multi-class litigation targeting its popular digital distribution and gaming platform, Steam.
A former AUSA for the Eastern District of New York, Moira quickly built a reputation as a leading litigator and first-chair trial lawyer through her pioneering prosecution of purported self-help group NXIVM and trial conviction of the group’s leader Keith Raniere on RICO charges. The case generated significant media attention and paved the way for similar prosecutions of powerful individuals. In private practice, Moira has represented major clients like Altria and Bayer in some of their most consequential state and federal disputes. She currently serves as trial counsel to Meta in its federal multidistrict product liability litigation involving social media.
Since joining the firm at its founding, Cali has been an integral member of nearly half of the firm’s trial teams. Her diverse practice spans sports, product liability, antitrust, and other complex disputes, including serving as trial counsel to Bayer in Clark v. Monsanto—the pharmaceutical company’s first-ever defense verdict in its sprawling litigation over its popular weedkiller—as well as a key advisory role for the NCAA in resolving its NIL litigation. The breadth of her expertise and record of results has rightfully earned Cali a spot on both Benchmark’s Top 250 Women and 40 & Under lists for four consecutive years.
Sarah, appearing on Benchmark’s 40 & Under list for the second time, is Wilkinson Stekloff’s first homegrown Partner, emblematic of the firm’s commitment to developing the next generation of trial lawyers. She has been a member of multiple winning trial teams, including playing a key role in Microsoft’s successful defense of its $69 billion purchase of Activision and securing multiple victories for Bayer in product liability bellwethers and a federal consumer fraud class action. Sarah currently serves as trial counsel to Nexstar alongside Beth in defense of its $6.2 billion acquisition of TEGNA in the Eastern District of California.
Roxy has been recognized as a new 40 & Under honoree, reflecting her growing record in bet-the-company antitrust and complex commercial matters. She has taken on critical roles in several of the firm’s most significant recent matters, including the NFL’s post-trial victory in its “Sunday Ticket” antitrust litigation, HPE’s contested $14 billion acquisition of Juniper, and SAP’s high-stakes trade secrets and antitrust litigation, which reached a successful pretrial resolution. Coupled with her promotion to Partner in 2026 and recent recognition by Law360 as a Rising Star in Antitrust, this honor from Benchmark underscores Roxy’s position at the forefront of her generation of litigators.
Wilkinson Stekloff congratulates Beth, Keri, Moira, Cali, Sarah, and Roxy on these well-deserved honors. Benchmark’s acknowledgement reflects the firm’s continued reputation as the leading trial boutique, with a deep bench of talented litigators, known for taking the highest-stakes cases into the courtroom.
