Alison V. Zoschak
Associate
Alison Zoschak is an Associate at Wilkinson Stekloff. Before joining the firm, Alison was a law clerk to Judge Debra Ann Livingston of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and to Judge Ellen Segal Huvelle of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Since joining Wilkinson Stekloff, Alison has represented clients across numerous industries and at various stages of litigation.
Alison attended Columbia Law School, where she served as a Notes Editor for the Columbia Law Review. During her time in law school, Alison also served as a legal research assistant and teaching assistant. She received at graduation the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize, awarded to students who achieved James Kent high honors all three years at CLS.

- Member of the legal team representing NFL and its 32 member clubs in an ongoing national antitrust MDL lawsuit in the Central District of California brought by putative class members challenging the League’s broadcast arrangements for its Sunday Ticket Package.
- Member of trial team that defended Altria Group, Inc. in an administrative trial related to the FTC’s challenge of Altria’s $12.8 billion minority investment in JUUL Labs. Obtained a full dismissal of claims against Altria by the FTC’s Chief Administrative Law Judge.
- Member of the team representing Plaid, a financial services company, regarding claims that its service infringed trademarks of PNC, one of the country’s largest banks.
- In a pro bono matter, secured victory for an immigrant seeking asylum from the ongoing armed conflict in Cameroon.
