Connie is an Associate at Wilkinson Stekloff. Before joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Dabney L. Friedrich on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and for Chief Judge William H. Pryor on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Connie graduated with high honors from the University of Chicago Law School. She won the Best Oralist award in the Hinton Moot Court competition, was an articles editor for The Chicago Law Review, and served as a research assistant to Professors Jonathan Masur and William Baude. Following law school, she was a Phillips Fellow in the Office of the Solicitor General.

Previously, Connie worked as an investment associate in equities research at Bridgewater Associates. She received her B.A. in neuroscience from Dartmouth College.
