Daniel Cook is an Associate at Wilkinson Stekloff. Before joining the firm, Daniel was a law clerk to Judge Royce C. Lamberth of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Daniel attended New York University School of Law, where he graduated Order of the Coif and served as a Competitions Advocacy Editor for the Moot Court Board.

During law school, Daniel was a member of the Federal Appellate Clinic and briefed a case before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. As a member of the Criminal Appellate Defender Clinic, Daniel successfully briefed and argued a case before New York State’s intermediate appellate court for New York County and the Bronx, securing reversal of his client’s felony conviction.

Before law school, Daniel was a Vice President at BlackRock. He received his B.A. with honors in philosophy from Cornell University.
