Jeremy Shur
Associate
Jeremy Shur is an Associate at Wilkson Stekloff. Before joining the firm, he was a law clerk to Judge Thomas L. Ambro of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and to Judge Maryellen Noreika of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
Jeremy graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a member of the mock trial team. He also participated in the Civil Rights Litigation Initiative, where he represented the first American to be falsely arrested because of facial recognition technology. Before law school, he taught high school math in Marks, Mississippi.

Notable Matters
- Member of the trial team representing e-vapor manufacturer NJOY on “public interest” issues in two patent infringement evidentiary hearings before an Administrative Law Judge of the U.S. International Trade Commission (one brought by JUUL Labs, Inc. against NJOY and the other brought by NJOY against JUUL Labs).
- Member of the team that defended Plaid, a financial services company, against claims that its service infringed trademarks of PNC, one of the country’s largest banks. Prevailed in whole or in part on all Daubert motions challenging the reliability PNC’s four expert witnesses. The case settled on the eve of trial and the parties announced an important forward-looking partnership.
