Associate

Luke Churchill is an Associate at Wilkinson Stekloff.  Before joining the firm, Luke clerked for the Honorable Vijay Shanker on the D.C. Court of Appeals and for the Honorable Janis L. Sammartino on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. 

Luke attended Stanford Law School, where he served as an editor on the Stanford Law Review. He also represented, as a student attorney, a mother and her child in concurrent special education proceedings, and, working with a partner, won the Marion Rice Kirkwood Memorial Moot Court Competition. Luke interned with the California Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Enforcement Section and the United States’ Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California. 

Before law school, Luke worked as a research associate and strategic research manager at EAB, leading bespoke research projects for colleges, universities, and K-12 schools.  He received his B.A., magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, in philosophy-neuroscience-psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
