Eunnice Eun


Eunnice Eun is Counsel with Wilkinson Stekloff. Eunnice has over fifteen years of professional experience in litigation, investigations, and journalism. Her practice focuses on complex civil matters, government investigations, and defamation counseling and litigation. Before joining the firm, Eunnice managed the global ethics and compliance functions at Discovery Communications. Prior to Discovery, Eunnice was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Eunnice has experience in all phases of litigation, and she has advocated for clients before state and federal courts, arbitration panels, and the DOJ and SEC. Eunnice’s litigation experience includes antitrust, civil RICO, defamation, employee health benefits, products liability, and securities matters. Eunnice has also represented companies in government investigations and prosecutions and has conducted confidential internal investigations for clients. Eunnice has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers multiple times and maintains an active pro bono practice.

Other Activities

Throughout her career, Eunnice has maintained an active pro bono practice. One of her most rewarding representations was advising the National Women’s Party, now an educational organization focusing on issues of gender equality, in achieving designation of the headquarters of the women’s suffrage movement as a National Monument by President Barack Obama under the Antiquities Act. Now known as the Belmont-Paul Women’s Equality National Monument, the museum is a landmark in the fight for women’s suffrage and gender equality, and it houses the most complete collection of original artifacts and documents related to the women’s suffrage movement in America.

Eunnice is also involved in the Korean American Bar Association and the Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s DC Chapter.
