Wilkinson Stekloff Announces Promotions for Roxana Guidero to Partner; Alysha Bohanon and Jenna Swarbrick to Counsel

Wilkinson Stekloff is pleased to announce multiple promotions that will become effective January 1, 2026. Roxana Guidero has been promoted to Partner, while Alysha Bohanon and Jenna Swarbrick (née Pavelec) have each been promoted to Counsel.

Since rejoining the firm in 2024, Roxy has played a pivotal role in delivering headline results for the firm’s clients. She was instrumental in securing a complete post-trial victory for the NFL in its high-stakes Sunday Ticket antitrust litigation and her frontline work was critical in positioning Hewlett Packard Enterprise to close its $14 billion acquisition of Juniper Networks. Roxy has also taken on significant roles representing industry leaders such as Visa in the DOJ’s antitrust challenge to its debit practices and ExxonMobil in its climate change litigation. Prior to rejoining the firm, she practiced a wide range of complex litigation, including representing pop star Kesha against defamation and breach of contract claims, and successfully defending one of the largest multi-national insurers against a $21 billion disgorgement claim. In recognition of her outstanding work, Roxy has been named among Lawdragon’s 500 X – The Next Generation and was shortlisted by The American Lawyer for Young Lawyer of the Year in Litigation. In addition to her case work, Roxy further contributes to the legal profession as a Lecturer in Law at the USC Gould School of Law, teaching courses on Contracts and Antitrust.

Alysha Bohanon and Jenna Swarbrick (née Pavelec) have each been key members of multiple trial teams that delivered significant victories for the firm’s clients. Most notably, they were a part of the trial team that that delivered a groundbreaking victory for Microsoft, defeating the FTC’s challenge to Microsoft’s $68.7 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard in the second-largest merger trial in American history.  They also played critical roles in defending Altria Group in major litigation regarding its $12.8 billion investment in JUUL Labs—helping obtain a full dismissal of claims from the FTC’s own Administrative Law Judge after a trial in the Commission’s Part 3 Court, and a favorable global settlement in the first government entity bellwether trial in multi-district product liability litigation.

In addition, Alysha was a member of the trial team representing Altria in patent infringement hearings before the U.S. International Trade Commission related to its NJOY e-cigarette products, where she examined multiple witnesses at trial. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for Judge Stephanie D. Thacker in the Fourth Circuit and Judge Mark R. Hornak in the Western District of Pennsylvania. Alysha graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Minnesota Law Review.

Jenna was most recently a part of the trial team representing Hewlett Packard Enterprise in connection with its $14 billion acquisition of Juniper Networks, helping position the company to close the deal. She was also the managing associate on the trial team that secured judgment as a matter of law for the NFL, facing over $21 billion exposure in its Sunday Ticket antitrust litigation.  She graduated from Yale Law School after which she clerked for Judges Raymond Kethledge and Amul Thapar on the Sixth Circuit.  Jenna then joined the firm as an associate.  She served as a Law Clerk to Justice Brett Kavanaugh on the U.S. Supreme Court, before returning to the firm.
