Wilkinson Stekloff Adds Four New Associates

WASHINGTON — Wilkinson Stekloff today announced the addition of three new associates in its Washington office and one new associate in its Los Angeles office. Xiao Wang, D’Juan Jones, Jaclyn Delligatti, and Meghan Cleary join Wilkinson Stekloff’s team of expert litigators as the firm nears its third year.

Xiao Wang joins Wilkinson Stekloff from Williams &Connolly LLP, where he worked on insider trading, immigration, and media and entertainment matters. Before joining Williams & Connolly, he clerked for Judge Lucy H. Koh of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and Judge Karen N. Moore of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Xiao graduated from Yale Law School and received his Bachelors and Masters of Public Policy degrees from the University of Virginia.

D’Juan Jones most recently served as a law clerk for Judge LaShann Dearcy Hall of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He was previously an associate in the New York office of Sidley Austin LLP, where his practice focused on securities enforcement, white-collar crime, and complex commercial litigation. D’Juan received a J.D. in 2016 from Howard University School of Law.

Jaclyn Delligatti comes to Wilkinson Stekloff after serving as a law clerk for Judge Jose Cabranes of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and for Judge Kimba Wood of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Jaclyn was previously a summer associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. She graduated from Yale Law School in May 2016.

Meghan Cleary served as a law clerk for Judge Katherine Polk Failla of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and Judge Milan D. Smith, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Meghan was a summer associate at Williams& Connolly, and she graduated from Harvard Law School in May 2016.
