Caroline Li
Associate
Caroline Li is an Associate at Wilkinson Stekloff. Before joining the firm, Caroline served as a law clerk to Judge Pamela K. Chen of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Caroline attended Harvard Law School, where she was an editor for the Journal of Law and Technology. During law school, she was a finalist in the Ames Moot Court Competition, in which her team won Best Brief. Caroline also represented clients in disciplinary hearings as a Student Attorney for the Prison Legal Assistance Project, and interned for Judge Patti B. Saris of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Notable Matters
- Member of the legal team representing NFL and its 32 member clubs in an ongoing national antitrust MDL lawsuit in the Central District of California brought by putative class members challenging the League’s broadcast arrangements for its Sunday Ticket Package.
- Member of the trial team for a major medical device manufacturer in a product liability matter in California state court.
- Member of the trial team for Monsanto in Frank v. Monsanto, the first hybrid trial involving claims that exposure to PCBs and Roundup-branded products, both manufactured by Monsanto, caused the plaintiff’s Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.
- Served as member of the defense team in Clark v. Monsanto, a trial involving claims that the herbicide Roundup causes Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. Clark was the fourth case in this mass tort to go to trial; the three previous trials resulted in verdicts against Monsanto ranging from $81 million to over $2 billion. After a single day of deliberation, a jury delivered the first-ever verdict for Monsanto in the Roundup mass tort litigation.
