Owen Gallogly

Associate

Owen Gallogly is a Associate at Wilkinson Stekloff. Before joining the firm, Owen was a Climenko Fellow and Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School and clerked for Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson III on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Owen attended the University of Virginia School of Law, where he graduated Order of the Coif and was an editor on the Virginia Law Review. During law school, he was a member of the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic and served as an elected representative on the University Honor Committee.

Owen is active in the legal academy. His scholarship, which focuses on federal courts, civil procedure, and remedies, has been published in the Yale Law Journal and the Virginia Law Review. He currently holds an appointment as a Non-resident Fellow at the Stanford Law School Constitutional Law Center.

Before law school, Owen worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company. He received his B.A. with Highest Distinction in government and history from the University of Virginia.
