Former Federal Prosecutor Grace Hill Joins Wilkinson Stekloff

Wilkinson Stekloff is pleased to announce that Grace Hill has joined the firm as a partner. Grace most recently served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA) in the Financial Crimes and Public Corruption Unit.

During her time with EDVA, Grace tried six complex criminal cases to a jury and argued a Fourth Circuit appeal. “Grace is a talented lawyer with considerable experience on a number of high-profile cases,” said Wilkinson Stekloff Founding Partner Beth Wilkinson. “She is a wonderful addition to the firm as we remain focused on growing our bench of trial lawyers capable of handling any case for our clients.”

“Grace will be an asset to our team in developing strategies and achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients in civil and criminal matters, in courts, and in agency proceedings,” added Wilkinson Stekloff Founding Partner Brian Stekloff. “We are excited to have her join us and look forward to her contributions.”

Grace has received numerous accolades including Awards for Excellence from the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency in 2021 and 2016, as well as FBI Washington Field Office Service Awards in 2019 (triple recipient) and 2017.

In addition to her practice, Grace is committed to attorney and professional development and served as a mentor coaching SAUSAs (new government attorneys detailed to EDVA), including on two jury trials. She has also conducted trainings for law enforcement agents and foreign prosecutors on federal investigations and prosecution.

“Wilkinson Stekloff is a dynamic, diverse, and innovative team of trial lawyers,” said Grace. “I am excited to work with such a talented group dedicated to delivering excellent results for clients and developing the next generation of trial lawyers.”

Prior to her government service, Grace was in private practice roles as an associate at Williams & Connolly, LLP and Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP. She received a M.
