Wilkinson Stekloff Shortlisted in Six 2024 Benchmark Litigation Awards Categories

Wilkinson Stekloff and Founding Partners Beth Wilkinson and Brian Stekloff have been shortlisted for the 2024 Benchmark Litigation U.S. Awards

The firm is a finalist in three categories, including Boutique Firm of the Year, Trial Firm of the Year, and D.C. Firm of the Year. In 2023 alone, the firm served as lead trial counsel in four major litigations for clients including Microsoft, Altria, 3M, and Monsanto. The firm is currently recognized as a Top Boutique and Top 20 Trial Law Firm in Benchmark’s 2024 Litigation Guide, as well as Tier 1 for Commercial Litigation and Highly Recommended for Dispute Litigation.

Following a year in which she and her teams delivered victories in several high-stakes, high-profile matters, including as lead trial counsel for Microsoft in the second-largest merger trial in American history, Beth Wilkinson has been shortlisted for Trial Lawyer of the Year and Antitrust Litigator of the Year. Beth has a long record of success handling high-profile antitrust cases for clients who want to litigate with an eye toward trial rather than settlement and was recently recognized as a 2023 Trailblazer for her fresh and pragmatic approach to complex antitrust litigation.

At last year’s Benchmark Litigation U.S. Awards, Brian Stekloff won Trial Lawyer of the Year and Product Liability Litigator of the Year after delivering the first-ever defense verdict for Monsanto in the Roundup mass tort litigation. Continuing to serve as national trial counsel for several clients in consolidated products liability matters around the country, including serving as lead trial counsel in two separate bellwethers, Brian Stekloff has been shortlisted for Product Liability Litigator of the Year for another year in a row.

The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on March 13, 2024.
