Wilkinson Stekloff and Founding Partners Beth Wilkinson and Brian Stekloff have been shortlisted for the 2024 Benchmark Litigation U.S. Awards.

At last year’s Benchmark Litigation U.S. Awards, Brian Stekloff won Trial Lawyer of the Year and Product Liability Litigator of the Year after delivering the first-ever defense verdict for Monsanto in the Roundup mass tort litigation. Continuing to serve as national trial counsel for several clients in consolidated products liability matters around the country, including serving as lead trial counsel in two separate bellwethers, Brian Stekloff has been shortlisted for Product Liability Litigator of the Year for another year in a row.
